The apartment spans 82 m² and comprises a welcoming entrance, a spacious double living room with plenty of natural light and sea and garden views, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. You will enjoy direct access to a balcony from the kitchen, perfect for getting some fresh air whilst admiring the surroundings.
The two comfortable bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, offering optimal rest after your days of exploration. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms: a bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC, for added convenience.
The 13 m² terrace with garden furniture is the true jewel of this property. From the living room, you will enjoy a magnificent sea and garden view, the ideal spot to relax whilst sipping a drink at the end of the day.
In terms of amenities, the apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning in the living room, central heating, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer and all necessary kitchen equipment. An iron and television complete the facilities.
The location is exceptional! Just an 8-minute walk from Nice city centre, the Old Town and the famous Masséna square. Carrefour Market is 100 metres away, Pinnochio restaurant is 20 metres away, and a pebble beach is 50 metres away. A bus stop for the city centre is 50 metres from the building.
You have a parking space for your vehicle. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and accepts groups of young people. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
